The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the city skyline. The complimentary breakfast was very delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was excellent, located close to several popular tourist attractions and shopping areas.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high due to nearby construction which made it difficult to sleep at times. the staff wasn't always very helpful, and it took some time to get simple requests answered.
